The Gateway Exhibition Hall is a 53,000 square foot facility with insulated precast walls, bar joists, membrane roof.  The front has metal studs and brick veneer with a glass storefront section.  The building will be used for two functions.  The Exhibition Hall section includes a 31,500 square foot exhibition hall including 15,600 square feet of trade show space, 3,000 square feet of pre-function space and 2,150 square feet of break-out/ meeting space. The CCEC can accommodates concerts, banquet style event, presentations, and large receptions. The YMCA will use a 16,000 square foot portions of the building with work out equipment, children’s area, locker rooms and saunas.  Each area will be separated with operable wall partitions, with independent HVAC and electrical systems.  The design and construction allows for future plans of the Exhibition Hall to occupy the entire facility when the YMCA relocates.
